    I just made a form but when I look on the public link, it tells me that :

    Form not found

    This form has been deleted by the owner. 

    Try contacting the owner of this form.

    It's an emergency, please.

    We had to make a data center switch and we had some data replication lags between Europe and US. The US form URL does not work. Please use this URL instead:
