    I got a notice that my plan expired, but can't get the approval to renew until Monday. Will our current forms work until then?

    Your account is still at Premium, but will be downgraded to free. The forms will still work though. The trouble is with payment submissions since you only get 10/month and you use those a lot.

    I just reset all your limit counts back to 0, so if it is downgraded then you'll be less likely to trigger the limit.

    If you notice any issues just contact us so we can keep it active until you can upgrade properly.
