Today some of my clients have completed the form, but I do not get the email notification to firstname.lastname@example.org
and even in the report page https://www.jotform.com/myforms?

I checked our mail logs for your address "email@example.com" and it looks like only one notification failed to be delivered. There was a significant delay in forwarding emails and with form updates earlier, but this has since been resolved. Both should be working once again.
If the emails are still not coming through, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
