Allthough you are putting a message on your contact page that alle problems should be fixed by now, they aren't !
I still can't publish a new form, as proof I'm sending you a screenshot and the URL from the form.
Please, help me because I have to deliver this form by tomorrow in a new website !!

This is now fixed. Our engineers had to do a emergency data center switch and there is a replication lag between our data centers which causes a delay to see the changes.
You can either recreate the form, or you can wait for your form to be fixed once the data replication catches up.
