Some individuals who have filled out our Certifications and Assurances form have notified us that they were unable to submit the form. We have tested the form on several different platforms and browsers and are unsure why some people are unable to submit the form. The fill out all the information but when they press submit, nothing happens. There have been about 30-40 of these cases. Could you please help us in determining what the issue is?

I was able to submit without issue and able to see the Thank You page right away
If there are still cases of users having issue submitting your jotform on the website, the most I can suggest is to try also re-embedding the form on the website using its iframe embed code.
Remove first the existing script embed before you add the iframe embed code.
Please let us know if the issue persist.
