Make a survey private from other users

I am the account holder for our Jot Form account and in my role with HR, I gather survey data on all employees.  My boss would like to use the template I created in JotForm and complete a 360 on my performance.  The problem is, I don't know if I can set him up as a sub user and hide the content from myself.   I realize this is a weird question and I hope you understand what I am asking for.

Is there any way to do this?   If not, I may just set him up with a free account for this survey only.   IF that is the case, can I share the survey template with him so he doesn't have to recreate it?

    Thank you

    Hi Keri,

You can just have him clone the form: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

You could also add him as a subuser if you like, but there's no need to if you're trying to keep the information separate. Subusers do have the ability to separate forms that are part of the main account, and their own forms, if you would like to add him to the main account.
