What is your actual domain name for sending emails?

The spam blocker we use is Postini. We have six email addresses that are linked to receive emails when a customer submits a request on our website. The request uses your form system and it works really well except, even when I put JotForm.com as an approved sender in our spam filter, it continues to be flooded to the quaratine list. My colleagues still get the emails but, it is a day later after they receive the quaratine emails. This is why I was wondering what the full domain name is or if you have any other ideas behind fixing this issue. Thank you.

I'm having the exact same problem. Postini needs domain names and not IP addresses. Please advise as to what your exact domains are so that I can add them to our whitelist. THANKS!!

I found this article on submitting IP Addresses to Postini's whitelist... Hope it helps!

It did not. That was an old method that can no longer be used with our configuration. So we're still having all submissions quarantined.

    Any other options?
