When receiving submission information, none of the information that is filled out in the embedded child forms show up. These are crucial payment information I need...

    The Parent form: https://form.jotform.com/60184613276960

    Child forms (2):

Highlighted in the image below are the two embedded forms ( one time payment was filled, but nothing is showing ).

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Since you are using the multiple payment form, and using the IFrame method to embed both forms in your main form, you will receive the notifications on each form, for example, If I choose the one time payment option, you will receive that info on the form : http://www.jotformpro.com/form/60183995007964

You should be able to see the payment in the Submissions Page for that form.

Please, do let us know if you are unable to find such submissions in your form.

We will be glad to assist you.

    Regards.

These are the three forms at hand.

The first being the main form, and the second two were embedded within it.

As you can see, when completing the "one time payment" form, which was embedded within "Help us find cures 1", no submission was made for the original form.

I have checked the parent form where two child forms. I understand that a child form will show base on the selection if the payment is a one-time payment or recurring. The reason why you are not receiving any payment information on the submission page is because none of the child forms were really submitted. Meaning there are really no payment that was processed. The only way a payment can be processed is if you submit the child form. Submitters of your form should click the submit button on the embedded child form and not the submit button of the parent form where the child forms are embedded.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you.
