Jotform as Lead Capture

Hello - we will have access to the internet at this conference, so I was wondering if we could use jotform in Kiosk mode on our iPad. Where/how would we host the form? Could we do it on the Jotform app? What about refreshing once a lead submitting the information?

As long you have a stable internet connection the form could indeed be used in this manner.  Change the thank you page URL to the forms URL and the form will automatically reload when someone completes it:
