Account problem

    Hello!

    I have two questions I would like to have answered.

    The first question is why it is "free" on my account when I paid $ 9.95 for "premium"?

    The second question I have is, how to stop the payment?

    Your account is showing as Premium on our servers, you may need to log out of your JotForm account, and log back in to see the change in status on your local PC.

    --

    We can cancel the subscription for you so that the subscription doesnt renew next month, is that what you want ?

    Yeah, I just need it for one month so if you could cancel it would be great.

    OK, that is done. Your Premium status will expire on the 15-mar-2012.
