    Hi

    I use tick boxes to allow people to choose their available dates. When they submit the dates are concatenated together, whereas I would like them as sepearte columns for each date in the CSV report. Is there anyway I can do this - or do I need to use a separate control?

    Thanks

    Pete

    FXR,

    I am having the same issue as Pete, and I thought that I did put them in separate fields.  What do I need to do differently? Thanks! Susanna

    Sure! :) This form has checkboxes, and when I download the report if they have selected two options, they are in the same column with the return between them. The CLEAN function doesn't really help; how do I set up the form so that the data from different check boxes will go into different columns? Thanks! Susanna

    If I download my report as a CSV file instead of an Excel file the carriage return will go away, but I still will have two responses concatenated together. How do I set up my form so that if they select the  "football" and "baseball" checkboxes, football will be in one column and baseball will be in another in the report? Thank you so much!

    Hello Susanna

    You can use separate checkboxes as explained by FXR, just leave the label for the first checkbox and write only one option for each checkbox

    @Anjaba,

    The CSS code depends on your form fields and layout. Please simply create a new forum thread, provide us with the link to your form, and we will be happy to help you.
