Recipient does not receive autoresponder email

    Hello,

    I created a form and set it up with autosender. The notification email and test-email works fine, however, the recipient doesn't receive any email from autosender. Can you please help?

     

    What's done so far:

    Sender's mail: noreply@jotform.com

    Recipient email: 'Email Address:'

    I cloned your form and did a test submission, I received the autoresponder. I checked the configurations of you autoresponder and I can see that it is setup properly.

    I did a test submission on your actual form (https://form.jotform.me/60181530090444). I was able to receive the autoresponders. Here's a screenshot:

    It is possible that the email address of your user is blocking JotForm emails. Please advised the user to check the spam or junk folders. Also, please have the user check if there are any spam filters on the email program or client. They can also white-listing JotMail IP addresses.
