Add an input field from an external source

    Hello, I created a form here on JotForm and downloaded the code for Dreamweaver.

    What I need to do is integrate jotForm code with a 3rd party code. (few checkboxes in a table).

    I can easily prepare the code in Dreamweaver, but when a user submit the form, how can I check the result of the submission here in JotForm?

    I am a bit confused about this point. Is there a way to display the custom code result?

    By clicking the URL above you can see...the first part is Jotform and the green table is an external code.
