Thank you for contacting us.
This issue might be related to recent DNS problem on jotform.com. Are you able to see your form at http://form.jotform.com/form/20444130793?
I am afraid, that we will need the URL where your form is embedded currently to proceed with the further investigation.
We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Good morning. Thank you for responding,
I will embed that form on some pages at my current webpage (https://www.vlh-muenchen.de). Please check also the form code by tell a friend, if I have any mistakes, because I have copied this form from some other sites.
and please tell me also how can I activate the * = Required form fields? By the way don´t you have any created forms for tell a friend or recommend us? That will be very usefull and I am sure if you create and you do the bests!
I am looking forward to hearing from you asap.

Can you give us the direct link to the form on your website?
I can't seem to find a JotForm form on your website.

as I told you, it did not funktion, it is not on my webpage yet, but you can see the form (recommend us) on my forms by jotform. Your respons was too late, please response me asap.

We can't really debug any issues if we can't see the form embedded into a webpage.
Try embeding the form with an iFrame embed, its explained here, option 4.
To enable 'required' fields:
Click on the relevant field, click the grey gear on the right and select 'Required'
We have been extremely busy here over the last couple days and we have paying customers who deserve priorty support. I am sorry if you feel your issues are being dealt with in a timely enough manner, but marking your queries with 'reply asap' is not going to see your issue moved along any quicker.
- mbozdAnswered on February 16, 2012 at 07:25 AMHi, I understand what you mean, my problem is not that, if you read my
mesages details you will get that what I meant. I did not create this form,
I have just took the codes and put in to html on my jotform, how can I
change it if is there any html code you can give me. Please sign in to my
forms and change this code with *requered. I can give you my password and
I see that you are too busy....

The form was not created with any of JotForm form tools.
Its a free text HTML field, you have to recreate the form using standard Text Box fields, so that you can set those fields to 'requred'.
- mbozdAnswered on February 16, 2012 at 07:37 AMo.k. thank you I will try to do that. Could you please tell me, (you saw
this form) shall I put my email on the submit button? And what about the
preview? Has jotform also a "preview" button?

There is a preview button yes.
There is no need to put your email on the submit buttons.
You should take a quick read over this :
to get you quickly up to speed in using JotForms toolset to build your forms.
- mbozdAnswered on February 16, 2012 at 07:50 AMthanks again, I think you are writing from memory :), did you see my
forms? It is not the first time. I have myself created all those forms
(sometimes with your supportings) except the recommendence, don´t you
have a created form for that? I think it is complicated to create a tell
Preview button I know there is, but if you have seen my form (recommend
us) there is also a preview on the form, I meant I do not know how to do
this on the form....

If you want to start creating a new form with the standard JotForm tools, try to get as close to current form made with the Free Text (HTML) field, we will help you further customise it (when we get a little bit more time) to get it as close to that current form as possible.
