Whitelisting JotForm IP addresses and mailservers

Within our company we use Outlook 365/Exchange - we have Public Folders used by 'info@' mailboxes for our various domains which receive messages posted form our customers using your forms - they are in shared folders to allow people in our organisation to collectively deal with the enquirers.

It looks like since early December 2015 it looks like Microsoft changed the way MS 365 junk filters work or the way it deals with mail being filtered into folders. So all our mail ended up in a spam folder when previously it wasn't (we lost some 100 messages until now when we looked in spam folders). Do you have any recommendations for stopping this happening or do you have a list of IP address's / domain we can white-list for messages coming from your side.

    Regards

I understand the situation where most emails from JotForm is going to your spam folders. Please check if there are any spam filters configured in your email program.

Here's a guide where you'll see our IP addresses and mail server lists: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    Hope this helps. Thank you.
