Unfortunately I'm still facing the same big delay. I've tried to logout and log back in on the eu.jotform.com, but when I go to modify the module, on the editor is saved ok, but when I go on the preview or open the link of the module, it is not updated. I'm just attaching a screenshot for reference.
Since in this days I have to prepare several, very long, forms with customized reports (that's why we subscribed a premium plan) my question is: if the problem is on the EU server, can I move back my data to US Data Center that was working flawlessy in the past?
I'm sorry to bother you but I can't stop working.

Apologies for the inconvenience. I am not quite sure if personal data from EU should be stored outside of EU region. I believe this is a policy in Europe. Currently, our developers are working hard to improve the servers in Europe, this new feature is still in Beta, considering that the invalidation of the Safe Harbor policy came to be a surprise. You can, however, disable the option in your account settings "Europe Datacenter"
I checked your form https://form.jotformpro.com/form/60123117977960 directly and I see that the changes seems to have been applied already.
May I know if you are still experiencing this? It might be a delay on the EU servers. Apologies.

I have moved everything from EU to US, made a new form, still not working
