I have sent another test notification to your email, may we know the status on this issue? Did you received this test messages from us?
Also, since the error message talks about white listing, could you please whitelist the following IPs on your mail provider side?
Then, re-check if that makes any difference for you.

The test you sent was received by my client. Apparently there was some glitch that no longer exists.
