Why hasn't my account been upgraded to premium?

    After having payment just now (about 1:45 SGT) and receiving a confirmation message, my account has still not been upgraded to premium. Please fix this ASAP and get back to me.

    Upgrades are almost instant. When you complete the purchase, your account should be Premium. If you do not see your limits increased, kindly log out from your JotForm account then delete your browsing cache and cookies then log back in. It should work after that.

    I've just checked your account and it has been successfully upgraded to premium.
