Can you please verify the test integration. When I enter an invalid API or Key, I got the error you mentioned.
Please verify if entering the correct information help resolve the problem

May we know what is the specific error message that they are getting? That will help us if the error is in the user's end or in the integration itself.
I also check your form and the integration, I clicked "Test Integration" and it failed.
Please do check your "Authorize.net" account and see if the API credentials are still valid. Make sure that they are not for Sandbox account but for the live and merchant account. Here's an article from Authorize.net: https://support.authorize.net/authkb/index?page=content&id=A405
