Our form is being used to capture configuration requirements and upon completion of the form I would like for two things to occur:
1) A confirmation page appears showing the (would-be) sender a summary of the data being submitted. Similar to the email sent upon completion of a form.2) Both the intended recipient and the sender to receive a confirmation email. In order for this to work, since the form is embedded in Confluence, I imagine I would need to capture the sender's email at some point in the form for them to receive confirmation.
Is it possible to do this?

Thank you for contacting us.
I see two possible options to achieve what you want, the first one would be posting the answers on the Thank You Page, you can do it just opening the Thank You wizard :
Click on Edit Text :
You will find the fields on the top toolbar :
Then answers will be displayed on the Thank You Page.
The second way to do it, would be using this widget : http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/preview_before_submit
It will add a button and you will see your answers before to submit them, you may change some of them if you want.
This guide will help you to add a widget to your form : http://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form
Your second question will be answered here : http://www.jotform.com/answers/751100
Hope this will help you.
Feel free to contact us if you need more help, we will be glad to assist you.
