incomplete autoresponders are not being sent. I've followed the instructions on this page but when there are incomplete payment the auto responder is not sent. I don't see a place to choose the right auto responder.

First of all, the autoresponder is the email that goes to your submitters. The email notification goes to you or anybody in your company.
Both are sent even when there are incomplete payments.
All you have to do is to change the Pending Payment email to "Notifiers and Autoresponders!
