We added a multiple file upload to a form with an edit link. If a user adds one file and "saves" then comes back to the form they are unable to delete the previous upload or add a new upload. It acts like it is uploading, but when I go to the next tab and and come back the old one is there and the new upload is gone. Please advise.

Are you referring to the edit button on the submission page or you have added an edit link on the email notification that's being sent every time your form is submitted?
I tried using the edit link to test your concern:
I was able to delete the previously uploaded file on edit mode and I'm able to upload another file to it.
If this is not what you're referring to, please feel free to get back to us with more details so we can further assist you. Thank you.

Yes, I am referring to an edit link in an email.
I was able to delete and add, save and continue and it looks like everything is ok. Go to another tab and back, save and continue and it deletes it or only remembers the old file.
A student who is trying to apply for a scholarship is having this trouble, I logged in using her edit link to try and recreate and it is doing the same thing.
You add a new file and save and continue, but you go back and it has reverted to the old file and does not save the new one.

Does it only happen on one specific submission on your form? Or you were able to replicate the issue on other submissions?
I can't seem to reproduce the issue you're having.
Can you help us by providing us the edit link for that submission, so we may check it on our end?
We will wait for your response. Thank you.

We've received several calls regarding this issue so it is happening multiple times. I hesitate to provide the edit link here.
I will try to create a test and provide that link. I was able to duplicate that issue.

Here is the edit link:
Go to Section 3 and upload a new document, save and continue and enter something on another page and save and continue. If you go back, the new document is not there but the old one is.
I found that if I add a new document, save and continue, go back using the tab and exit the browser and go back in using the edit link I am able to see the new document. Then I repeat the process to delete the old.
We have young scholarship applicants who are having trouble with this and need help getting this resolved please.

Thank you for the additional information. I have checked the link you have provided and was able to see what you mean. I, also, was able to reproduce the issue you're having on a sample form.
It seems that additional uploads are not being added to the session even after you hit the "Next" or "Back" buttons.
Also, even if you submit the form, right away and not go back to the where the upload page is, the submission will not include the additional files.
I will forward this concern to our developers so they can take a look at it.
You will be notified via this thread for any updates regarding the matter if there are any.
I would like to apologize if we cannot provide any ETA to when this will be resolved, but please be assured that this will be worked on.
