The URL was already using secure URL (https), so it is not clear what exactly was the security problem your end-user meant.
It will help us determine the possible cause if we can get more details about it.
I also test submitted your form, and it did successfully and I see the thank you page. Please refer to video below
Please let them retry also. Identify more details like which browser they used, or is there any specific error message they see when they try using it...
