    i don't get an e-mail to reset my password and problems with form

    Almost two years ago i implemented a form I made on your site.
    Now it is giving me problems. 

    The captcha image won't load and on load of the page i get the error 'Cant find variable: JotForm'. 
    This implies to the variable JotForm used to call on the init function:



          JotForm.highlightInputs = false;


    Can you help me?

    Almost forgot!
    I don't know my password anymore and requested a reset password link but the e-mail isn't coming through, not even in my spam-box.

    I checked our mail logs and it looks like several password reset emails were sent to (leonie-swart@hotmail.com). I also tried sending a password reset instruction on my end. If you havae not received that email, please try adding Jotform to your whitelist. Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses.

    As for the captcha tool, please try using the iFrame embed code to embed the form to your website to see if that fixes the issue.
