Our Date/Time picker is not selecting the date.

    We have the date/calendar option on our form.  We can view the calendar, but can not select a date from it.  What could be causing this?

    I have checked the form embedded on your website: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/42166520542953

    I have cloned it and found out that the date fields are set as hidden on the form. I have shown it for testing purposes.

    I have made some test and here's what I found out when I loaded the form:

    To my understanding, you are having issues of making the calendar pop-up show on your form, is that correct? Also, after checking your website, I can see that your form's Full Source code is embedded on the website. Are you having issues with the calendar pop-up when it is embedded or even if you load the form on its own? Can you try if embedding the iframe code of your form would solve your issue, please?
