There are many ways for you to embed your Jotform forms to your website built using a website builder.

How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form
We have several users that use their forms with Wix or Weebly.
However, Sitesupra is still not included in our platforms, but you may still try using the other embed options.
I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you.

LeonardDoctorReplied on January 24, 2016 at 3:45 PMThanks. Cannot locate any possible way to embed into a website designed with sitesupra.com. So, is there any way I can just use a link to the form? [I realize the form would not have my header, etc that is on sitesupra pages. Would I need to host the form on a place like godaddy, or do u provide hosting for the form? Thanks
Leonard

Hi,
You can use the url https://form.jotform.com/..... to any of your forms as long as the form ID is correct.

That is not what i was asking. What i was trying to ask: on my website, that uses my domain name, instead of someone seeing the jotform url [when completing the 'contact us'], when it is not embedded, but is linked, can my domain show in the url, instead of jotform . thanks
