    As far as I know, it still work for importing PDF form to JotForm.

    Keep in mind that the import above only works properly for Adobe Forms Central fillable PDFs.  We have another application that can import some fields from other PDFs:

    However, the functionality of this app is fairly limited and not all fields may be imported.
