I worked on a survey form for hours over the last couple days. Every time I added something, the save button started to spin, so I felt confident it was secure. What I didn't realize until it was too late was that at some point I was logged out, or my session expired without any notification. So when I navigated back to the home page, and it prompted me to log in, my hours of progress had vanished.
What can be done?!

There is one form under Bazeck JotForm account. If you are actually missing another form, please provide us with a form link. We can find the form by its link and move it to your account.

I don't have a link. I was operating under the belief that I was logged in to Bazeck. It is the form you see, but I had done much more work!

We have a revision history tool that can be used to restore form to their previous versions, but it looks like that your changes were not recorded under registered account.
