    How to add a second email address to the account?

    I'd like to have the forms sent directly to two separate email addresses when they're submitted.  Is that possible?

    Hello saraguru,

    Yes it is possible to send submission emails to more than one email address and here are the options available:

    #1. You can add multiple email addresses separated by comma and a space in the "Recipient Email" filed of your form's notification email alert. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients 

    #2. You can add one new email notification email alert for every email address you want submission emails to be sent to. The following guide should help you how to add email alerts:  http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
