Do you allow forms that collect contact information and email addresses from persons wishing to be added to an organization's mailing list?

You shut me down once before when I was experimenting with a "log-in" form, because you thought it might lead to creating spam.

I would like to use a form for the website of a non-profit that maintains a mailing list for distribution of newsletters and event announcements.  The idea would be simply to collect the necessary mailing information and give the person the option of choosing to receive such information by email or by regular postal mail.  Would this be a violation of your policy?

Thank you for contacting us. As per our terms of usage we do not allow forms to create login forms or collecting sensitive information like passwords/credit card numbers, etc.

The information that you are seeking from your users could be a subscription form that allows you to collect email addresses and address shouldn't be an issue. You may take a look at our template gallery to choose one of the form templates that matches your requirement.

    Hope this information helps!
