How can I create lunch menu form that's active only on certain datesAsked by Khalid on January 20, 2016 at 10:08 PM
I have the following situation that I was unable to create successfully using your tools.
I need to develop a pizza order form for parents, where they place their order once a month. The form should be allowed to be filled only during the last week of the current month to be used for next month order
How to make the form only available during specific week of the month?
the other problems I have is how to allow multiple submit of the forms (for more than one student) without the need to keep entering the same credit card information? Like can we save the total from student 1, then ask if there is student 2, then save the total till all students are done then fill out the credit card form and pass the total of all students into the payment section?
so student 1 will need to fill out how many slices per week he wants then find the total of slices for student 1
same for 2, 3, 4 and 5 if needed. Then use the total as quantity times the price of one slice in the payment section
I have the logic built in a google form, but i can't make calculations in the form and I can't pass the gran total to the payment section.
I have authorize.net and I have paypal
create how active how can i
You can limit the date to be selected in the datetime field. Here's a guide that might be of a help: http://www.jotform.com/help/337-How-to-Use-the-Limit-Dates-feature-in-a-DateTime-field
You can also use conditional logic to show the rest of the form fields only when it is on a specific date range. Here's an example form: https://form.jotform.com/60203277508956. Here are the steps on how I set it up:
1. First, I setup a DateTime field, set its default date to "Current" so that it automatically identifies the current date of the user. I will also set it to hidden.
2. Now this is how my condition is setup:
IF "Current Date" is before "2016-01-31" AND "Current Date" is after "2016-01-23" THEN Show the form fields.
The condition allows users to fill out the form if the current date is between 2016-01-23 AND 2016-01-31.
However, you'll need to setup multiple conditions and specify the date ranges for the next months.
I hope that helps.
For the other problem you have, I have opened a separate thread for it. Please refer to this link instead: http://www.jotform.com/answers/752067. We will address it shortly.
