How to produce visual report for the whole questionnaire

I have been trying to generate report from a form. But the result always come as 1 page (first page only). Do you have any idea why?I also tried to use filter, but I still get the same result. What should I do tor produce the visual report of the whole questionnaire? Thanks

There's only one page for visual report, you use the arrow at the corner of the blank space of Visual Report page to increase the page.

To add a visual report for every question on the form, you change the chart data that contains the question. 

First add the chart on the blank space provided, then click the cogwheel icon of the chart  to view its property. On the property change the Chart data value to change the question you want to have as report.
