    iOS App: Crashes during the loading

    Hi,

    I'm on the Silver plan and we have some users running iOS 9.1 and others 9.2 on iPhone and iPad and we have inconsistent performance of the iPhone app. Some users on iPhone 5s and 6  and iPad Mini 4 are have their iOS App crash during the loading. It's like a partial crash though because you can't open the App yet the notifications badges and message notifications still come through, but suddenly the ability to see submissions or access the forms from the App doesn't work. We have followed all the Apple App troubleshooting guides, deleted unnecessary Apps, deleted and reinstalled the JotForm App, multiple times, multiple days. We can access the forms using JotForm.com and logging in on Safari or Chrome, but not through the App. Any help is much appreciated. We want to grow with JotForm and expand our system and plan, but we are stumped by why with problem exists on new iPads and iPhone 6 devices as well as 5s and only JotForm is crashing on these, nothing else.

    We do sincerely apologize about this and thank you for your patience. We'd like to inform you and let you know that we've released a new build 3.1 of the iOS App that should be available shortly.

    This should resolve all of the above issues that you and several others had been experiencing since the 3.0 update. 

    Please check it on your end and let us know if you continue to have any further issues.
