my website page keeps crashing with your form on when accessed from a mobile

    Have you removed your JotForm from your webpage?

    I did check your webpage which you have shared and it does not seems to have any JotForm embedded. You seems to have some other form.

    Can you please re-embed your form in your webpage and we will take a look at the issue?
