We are using our form across several locations. However, one of our offices that we wish to have use our form cannot submit and just get a 'please wait' when submitting that does not disappear. Why would this be?

I have tested your form and I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. When I submitted your form I got redirected to Thank you page.
Probably it was temporarily issue. If you embedded you form to website, please provide us URL of you website so that we can test your form there.
If your users are still unable to submit your form, please tell us which device and browser are they using. They can try to submit form from different browser. I have used Google Chrome.
