Need help in debugging an IF condition

    Hi,

    I need your assistance to understand why the last If condition I wrote in my form

    doesn't work properly.

    I tested several time but no way to send "Autorizzazione" mail to {mailRichiedente} when the form has been authorized by the Boss and the field "Autorizzazione" modified not to contains "N", "?" but only "S" and "-"

    The condition is working when we submit the form, but if we edit the submission it does not work:

    I will make further tests and will let you know as soon as I have more details.

    I made several tests and removed:

    - dynamic text box widget

    - additional email notifications

    - conditions

    - text fields

    - date fields

    - form collapse

    - name field

    As mentioned before, the condition is working if we add "S" and "-" without "N" when submitting the form, but it does not work if we edit the submission (on the submission area). I also created a test form, and the condition sends the email notification when editing the form, so there is something in your form that is preventing the condition from working:

    I've forwarded this situation to our developers so they can analyse it better. We'll contact you as soon as we have more details on this situation.

    Hi,  I wondered if some clues to solve the issue. As a matter of fact, my form is still not working properly after editing and I've no idea how to work it out.

    Could you be please keep me up on it?

    Thanks for checking in again with us about it Augusto but unfortunately at this time there's no news about this issue that I see from our end currently.

    Your issue is still open and a developer is looking into but I won't be able to provide any sort of timeframe as to when it'll be finished so we'd request a bit more time from you if that's okay.

    We'll certainly notify you about it once we hear more about this being resolved.
