Conditionals causing form to timeout. How can this be fixed?

    Hi!

I recently created conditionals for my form in order to change the recipient of the notification email when a specific person is selected in a drop down.

What's happening is when submit is selected, it just sits there and says please wait.

Have you had problems with this before and what can I do to speed up the process? I'm worried that folks will hit the form, it will sit there for too long and they will close out the page before letting the form fully submit.

    Thank you!

    Chris

Sorry for the inconvenience. I have just cloned your form and was not able to replicate the issue you are having. I just submitted a couple of test forms with images. All the forms got submitted correctly. If you are still having issues, please let us know. We will be glad to help.

Hi Victor, I'm still getting the same problem as I was before. It's been sitting there for around 10 minutes now. Any other ideas why it would be doing this for me and not you?

    Hi Chris,

I test submitted your form http://www.jotform.us/form/53477651845163 on the website, but I also could not replicate the problem.

Please check the video below when I did the test.

I used Chrome browser on this test.

Can you also try using different browser (Chrome or Firefox). Let us test if it had to do with browser issue.

Please let us know if issue remains.

Well, it must be my computer then. I was able to test on a couple other computers when I had a chance and it seemed to be working! Thanks for taking the time to humor me!
