How to add a header similar to ones in Adobe FormCentral forms?

Hello! I imported some forms from Adobe Central several months ago. I am having a hard time getting the header on new forms I am building to look like the header from the imported forms. For example, my form titled Meeting 1 Forum_Brussels May 4-5, 2015 has a title at the top in purple. I can't seem to get that type of formatting using the header tool, and I also can't seem to figure out what type of form tool it is. Can you shed some light on how to build this from scratch? Thank you!

As you have noticed, the header field is quite different than the one you had in AFC. The Text Field was used during the transfer to transfer the same to your JotForm forms.

Having that said, you should grab your Text field from the Form Tools on the left:

In it, you will be able to add any HTML element / style that you wish and later on, using Form Designer you would be able to make it of any specific background color or style.

You will see that the Text Element allows you to make edits such as font color, text alignment, size, etc in a format similar as you would expect in Word and similar text processing tools.

Do let us know of course if you happen to have any issues, or if you have any questions along the way and we would be happy to assist with the same.
