I cannot get the values of the fields to populate on the email notification. The label is appearing but not the value on some of the responses. Also the modifications I made on the labels are not appearing on the email notifications.
I have also tried to upload the screenshot and that is not working either. Of course I am doing something wrong.
Please help. Thank you!

I was able to determine the cause of problem in your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/60204377317956
The current Notifier is not the updated version. Field tag names are incorrect.
To fix, add a new Notifier using the Add New Email button
the correct field tag names should be like this...
As for the TEXT fields, you will need to manually add them in the Notifier template message body so that they will appear on the email message as well.
