Have error message on the web site for one form - not available

    Hi; I had all three forms working well, but for some reason, the Seminar Form is giving me an error message!!! HELP!

    Hi,

    When I checked on your website I was able to see the form http://www.jotform.us/form/52865343167158 available at this time.

    Perhaps the form was set to use Form Submission Limit before, the reason for the unavailable message. At this time, it seems to have been reset, so it works now.
