Delete submissions but not the form?

i found the trash can :-D

but how can i delete the bookings or request? i dont want to delete the form again.

You can restore the deleted form in your "Trash" folder by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms.

If you wish to delete the submissions, you can do that in your submissions page. Here's a guide on how to view your submissions: http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions 

In the submissions page, you can delete by clicking "Delete" button.

When you scroll down, you'll see that there's a grid table, you can delete all of them by clicking the "Delete All Submissions" OR by clicking the "x" icon on each submission.

If you wish to delete specific groups of submissions depending on the specific submission date, then you can filter them by changing the "Time Frame" in the settings.

IMPORTANT: Please note that deleting submissions is irreversible, it will permanently remove the submission data on our servers, it cannot be recovered. I would strongly suggest downloading the submissions as a backup.

If you wish to stop the form to receive submissions, you can disable the form itself by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/180-How-to-Enable-Disable-a-Form
