    Unable to reply to submissions after 20 replies

    I have tried to reply to submissions and after 22 replies it won't allow me to send any more. Are there limits to how many replies I can send in the free account?

    Yes. There is a limitation of sending 20 emails per hour for Free subscriptions and hence you may not be able to reply other submissions. Please try now since the question is posted more than an hour ago and let us know if the issue still persists.

    I just tried it again and it says "opps you have reached your limit"

    any suggestions?

    Sorry about the inconvenience, Maureen. If you are still unable to make further replies from the Submissions page today, please try emailing your customers directly from your own email account.

    Emailing feature from the Submissions page was implemented to be a convenient way for our users to quickly email someone if they need a followup on a particular submission, or if something is wrong with a few submissions. Sending emails from the submissions page wasn't really designed in such a way to send emails to many of your form submitters, and our system also limits the number of emails that can be sent from free JotForm accounts in order to avoid spam.

    For sending emails to all or many of your users at once, it may be best to use your own email account such as Outlook or Gmail account (or any other email service you may prefer to use). By sending emails directly from your email account, it will also ensure that you have a copy of the message you sent.
