    Hi support,

I created my forms quite some time ago. I am not sure if I still need this mandrill stuff. However, when the customer receives the copy of filled out form, the sender shows somthing like:

    SardiniaTravel via mail132-7.atl131.mandrillapp.com

(where "SardiniaTravel" is my company and e-mail).

Any workaround for this to now show it?

Or can I use jotform without mandrill at all?

The customer should only see my e-mail as sender's mail.

    thanks, marc

The part "via mail132-7.atl131.mandrillapp.com" is automatically displayed by Gmail, based on the source of the email.

You do not need to use Mandrill.

    1. If you have your own SMTP server for sending emails, you can configure email notifications and autoresponders to send through your SMTP server instead:

    2. If you do not have any SMTP servers of your own, and you do not want to use Mandrill as a free SMTP provider, you may want to try setting up a custom sender, where you'll need to verify that you actually have access to the email address you wish to use as the sender:
