I have two different websites a development site (http://dev.cuwav.com) which is not secured with an SSL and a live site (https://www.cuwav.com) which is secured with an SSL.  We are using the jotform feedback plugin through WordPress and  have uploaded a a form in which we have created on jotform website.  The from is being displayed  on our development site but not on our live site, I believe this is due to the fact that our live site is secured but jotform says that all forms are secured, however the form content is still being blocked on all browsers.

I have tried enabling the encryption setting you offer. I asked that jotform provide me with the key in order to do so, it says it has enabled this but I still do not see the from loading on our site upon clicking  on the feedback button.

Please help me with this issue ASAP

Please try getting a new Feedback code:

My form is not being displayed on our site due to our site being secured with an SSL Screenshot 30

Because, upon inspecting the one is currently embedded in your form, it is not secured:
