Where to find what website a form is linked to?

Unfortunately, there is no way to find out where a form is embedded unless there is a Get Form Page URL widget added to your form:

https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_form_page_url

Add this to your form and when someone submits the embedded form, the page the form is embedded to will be returned.
