When I am under the "MyForms" bar, I can see one folder containing all my form submissions, but not individual submissions. What I want to do is to divide these submissions into Approved and Disapproved folders.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to separate submissions on folders. Submissions are stored on forms, so you can only view them when you open the submissions page of a specific form. You can only group forms when using folders, here's a guide that might help: http://www.jotform.com/help/204-How-to-Add-or-Group-your-Forms-into-Folders.
Perhaps using the Google Spreadsheet integration would work? Here's a guide that you can follow: http://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet.
So basically, this is what I have in mind as a workaround.
Form 1 Submissions - Google spreadsheet 1
Form 2 Submissions - Google spreadsheet 2
You will then need to create a master spreadsheet where you will create manually from your Google drive account. That master spreadsheet will reference data from Form 1 and Form 2's spreadsheet. You can use "IMPORTDATA" function for this. Here's a guide that you can refer: https://support.google.com/docs/answer/3093335?hl=en. That will allow you to combine submissions from different forms.
