I lost all changes after I saved.

I went to preview and hit the jotform link instead and when I went back everything was back to when I started yesterday.

Yes, I did save after every change I made.

If you've saved all the changed made by using the Save button, please try using our Form Revision History feature to revert to the last saved state before the form got reverted.
