On this form there is a section to request a rulebook. there are 4 options.
The first two request a single copy (1) the third should allow a value from 1 to 9
My logic is inserting a 1 for the first two options but I can't get it to allow a manual valve for the third, it keeps
blanking it out. So I need help with this logic please.
FYI, Item 4 hides the field.
I will do the same to form: 52934584917973
Thanks,
Robert

Not understanding what you are trying to accomplish here. First of all, it keeps blanking, because with your current condition, that field will be filled only if one those two options is chosen, and the assigned value for those is "1".
So, if you want the user to enter a manual value, simply do the following:
1) Assign a value to each option.
2) Change your first condition to this:
3) Enable Allow Other:
This is how it would work:
Let us know if you need more help.

OK I see what you are proposing but showing the other option would be confusing.
The last option, 4 actually hides the Number of books requested field as none are required.
Is it possible to have the other option appear only if item 3 is picked?
The idea is that if option 1 or 2 are selected a value of 1 is entered into the number of books wanted field. If Option 3 is selected then a value can be entered manually but only between 1 and 9.
If option 4 is selected then the value is 0
Perhaps this is more then the logic can manage? I hope I have made this a bit clearer.

You could use two separate number fields, showing the first if the first two options are selected. This would get populated with a 1 if the first two options are selected and would be set to read only. Your second number field would be identical to the first, however, a range of 1-9 and would allow for manual entry.
Something like this form:

It would allow for both manual entry, as well as the forced amount.

I think that just might work David. I could hide the one or the other based on option selected.
Then perhaps collect the value from one or the other for the Email-Notice.
Thank you all,
Robert
