How do I successfully set up a FreshBooks Integration?

    Hello,

I am trying to create a FreshBooks Integration on one of my forms. What I want to accomplish is for my form to be filled out by a sales team member and it will automatically send an invoice with all the specified data to their client where they can easily pay online.

I am having trouble setting up the Integration tool to work properly. Each time I select multiple products with multiple choices I type in all of the choices for the first product - Primary Item (Exhibition Space). Their appropriate values are then input after I click ''Enable Special Pricing" and go to the next page. I want all products and all their choices, not just this first one to be ''Enable Special Pricing" so I need to be able to duplicate this another 15 or 16 times. However, when I try to save the product and start on my second item, I keep getting the error message saying "Only numeric values are accepted".

All of the form fields and their math logic are already done, now I'm just trying to set up an Integration or maybe there is another way that anyone knows of to take our Sales Agent's submission data and using a system other than FreshBooks Integration create an Invoice that either automatically sends or at the very least creates a draft that can be sent later on - whether in FreshBooks or not does not matter, but it needs to be automatic, trackable and support a payment gateway.

The form I am trying to Integrate is located here: https://form.jotform.com/60197898619172

The "Meeting Room" Options and other fields/values are hidden/not chosen until the "Confirm Event Space" option is selected.

The client email is the address I would use for the Autoresponder or notification email so that they know their quote is filled out.

Thank you for your help!! Look forward to hearing from you.

The best way to create the integration to FreshBooks is to follow the steps here: Create Invoices from Forms Using Freshbooks Integration

Now, I do think that you are also having issues with special pricing on your form so I have moved the same part to a new thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/753632 and we will be replying back to the same shortly.
