I want to discontinue the autorenewal. I'd rather not cancel the credit card.

Could you please provide us the email link that you used to register your account ?

I’d like to have the year run out, but I won’t be renewing next year, according to the CEO. Please let me know what you do.

If you decide to cancel your account, then your account will back to free at the end of the period, for example if you have a monthly subscription, your account will back to free when the month ends.
If you have a yearly subscription, then it will end at the end of the period as well, if you would like to cancel your subscription immediately, we will do it and will provide a refund for the remaining days of your subscription.
Also, when you purchase a subscription, you are asked if you would like to auto renew it or not, you may select the option to do not auto renew your subscription.
